  • All payments made on FrndCircle are towards digital participation, platform services, and access to community-based activities
  • FrndCircle does not offer investment products, deposits, or guaranteed return schemes
  • Payments are considered voluntary participation fees for using platform features

🚫 2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Financial education course(Pool/committee) participation fees once successfully allocated
  • Membership or onboarding charges
  • Any promotional or service-based fees

Once a user has accessed or been allocated to a service or pool, the payment is considered utilized.

Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:

  • Failed or unsuccessful transactions where the amount is deducted but service is not delivered
  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors
  • Payment deducted but user account not credited

Such refunds will be verified and processed after internal review.

⏳ 4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
  • The time for reflection in the user’s bank account depends on the payment provider/bank

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account / UPI / wallet)
  • In some cases, refunds may be credited to the FrndCircle wallet for adjustment

Refund requests will be rejected if:

  • The user has violated platform Terms & Conditions
  • The request is made after full utilization of services

  • Approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and compliance requirements
