💸 Refund Policy

At FrndCircle, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness across our platform while supporting your journey to Learn • Earn • Grow. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be processed.
⚖️ 1. Nature of Payments (Important)
- All payments made on FrndCircle are towards digital participation, platform services, and access to community-based activities
- FrndCircle does not offer investment products, deposits, or guaranteed return schemes
- Payments are considered voluntary participation fees for using platform features
🚫 2. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Financial education course(Pool/committee) participation fees once successfully allocated
- Membership or onboarding charges
- Any promotional or service-based fees
Once a user has accessed or been allocated to a service or pool, the payment is considered utilized.
🔄 3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:
- Failed or unsuccessful transactions where the amount is deducted but service is not delivered
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors
- Payment deducted but user account not credited
Such refunds will be verified and processed after internal review.
⏳ 4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
- The time for reflection in the user’s bank account depends on the payment provider/bank
🏦 5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account / UPI / wallet)
- In some cases, refunds may be credited to the FrndCircle wallet for adjustment
🔐 6. Verification & Approval
- All refund requests are subject to verification and approval
- FrndCircle reserves the right to request additional details or proof before processing refunds
🚫 7. Misuse & Policy Violation
Refund requests will be rejected if:
- There is evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior
- The user has violated platform Terms & Conditions
- The request is made after full utilization of services

FrndCircle reserves the right to:
- Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time
- Approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and compliance requirements
