Welcome to FrndCircle. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and fair environment where users can Learn, Earn, and Grow.
📘 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using FrndCircle:
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You accept all policies, rules, and guidelines of the platform
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
👤 2. User Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to account suspension
💰 3. Platform Nature (Learn • Earn • Grow Model)
FrndCircle is a community-based financial participation platform:
- It is not a bank, NBFC, or investment advisory service
- It does not guarantee fixed returns or profits
- Earnings depend on user participation, pool structure, and network activity
Users are advised to understand the system (Learn) before participating (Earn) and scaling (Grow).
⚙️ 4. Pool & Participation Rules
- Each pool operates on a predefined structure and member limit
- Entry into a pool is considered final once confirmed
- Pool completion and payouts are system-driven and automated
- Users must follow the pool rules and timelines strictly
🔗 5. Referral & Reward System
- Users may earn rewards through referral-based participation
- Referral benefits are subject to platform rules and conditions
- FrndCircle reserves the right to modify or update reward structures at any time
🚫 6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create fake or multiple accounts
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Manipulate the system for unfair advantage
- Misrepresent the platform or provide misleading information to others
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
🔒 7. Suspension & Termination
FrndCircle reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violation
- Withhold or cancel rewards in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Take legal action where applicable
💸 8. Payments & Refunds
- All participation fees are non-refundable, except in case of failed transactions
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days
- Users are responsible for verifying payment details before confirming transactions
📊 9. Limitation of Liability
- FrndCircle is not responsible for any financial loss arising from misuse or misunderstanding of the platform
- We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted services
- Users participate at their own discretion and risk
⚖️ 10. Compliance with Laws (India)
- Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
- FrndCircle operates as a digital platform and does not promote illegal financial activities
- Any misuse in violation of laws will be reported to authorities

FrndCircle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

💸 Wallet Withdrawal Terms
At FrndCircle, we ensure a transparent and secure withdrawal process to support your journey to Learn, Earn, and Grow.
💰 1. Withdrawal Eligibility
Users can request withdrawal only if they meet the following conditions:
- User must have sufficient available wallet balance
- User must be an active member of at least one pool/committee
- User must have successfully sponsored minimum 3 direct users
- Locked, pending, or bonus amounts (if applicable) are not eligible
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in withdrawal restriction.
🔢 2. Withdrawal Limits
- Withdrawal amount must be in multiples of ₹1000
- (Example: ₹1000, ₹2000, ₹3000, etc.)
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may be defined by the platform
⏳ 3. Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours
- In some cases, it may take up to 3–7 working days due to banking or verification delays
🏦 4. Payment Methods
Withdrawals will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)
Users must ensure that their bank/UPI details are accurate. FrndCircle will not be responsible for incorrect details.
💼 5. Charges & Deductions
- A 7.5% withdrawal processing fee will be deducted from every withdrawal request
- Applicable taxes or statutory deductions (if any) may also apply
- Final payable amount will be credited after all deductions
🔐 6. Verification Requirement
- Users may be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal
- Additional checks may be applied for high-value transactions
🚫 7. Restrictions
Withdrawals may be restricted or rejected if:
- User is not part of any active pool/committee
- User has not completed minimum 3 referrals
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- Multiple or fake accounts are found
- Platform rules or Terms & Conditions are violated
🔄 8. Failed Transactions
In case of failed withdrawal:
- Amount will be reversed to the wallet
- User can re-initiate the request
⚖️ 9. Right to Hold or Cancel
FrndCircle reserves the right to:
- Hold withdrawals for verification or compliance
- Cancel transactions in case of fraud, error, or policy violation
- Request additional documents if required
⚖️ 10. Nature of Platform (Important Legal Clarification)
- FrndCircle is a community-based participation platform, not an investment scheme, deposit scheme, or MLM/pyramid scheme
- The platform does not guarantee any fixed income, return, or profit
- Earnings are purely based on user activity, participation, and platform rules
